Owners of the Backfins Crabhouse operating in downtown Wake Forest hired CHC to design and build their new, larger restaurant location in an empty-shell commercial retail space.
CHC installed HVAC systems, power & plumbing and poured concrete slab floor. The restaurant kitchen is fitted with a 20 ft. grill & hood with both stock pot heating and grilling, and shell fish processing.
The dining area hosts a custom bar with beer taps, and table seating with industrial style lighting and finishing. Rustic epoxy finishes on the concrete floors lead to additional outdoor seating under a spacious canopy.
