Local Diced restaurant owner hired CHC to design construction plans and build their second store location. CHC worked with an interior designer to produce a brand identity for the restaurant including specialty flooring, lighting and reclaimed wood. CHC designed and installed a specialty exhaust system required by the City of Raleigh for the mixed-use apartment and retail building. The kitchen design included a grill top with hood, 2 large coolers, a dishwashing area and a large stainless steel prep area. A custom curved serving line with glass and lighted product chillers display Diced’s famous abundance of natural ingredients.
