Honey Baked Ham Co. hired CHC to renovate one of the company’s best performing corporate stores in the nation located in Raleigh. The 1972 stand-alone building was in poor condition inside and out. CHC’s architect created a plan and design to completely update the store’s appearance and performance.

Exterior- Rebuild EPDM roof system, install EFIS walls, remove/replace exterior sign & lighting, and install new refrigerated large capacity storage unit.

Interior- Completely replace customer sales and dining area of store-flooring, walls, lighting, front counter, point of sale coolers and bathrooms.

Offices- Reconfigure offices and catering center.

Kitchen- Modify food preparation room & walk-in coolers to meet health code requirements.
