Woomer Insurance owner hired CHC to help his company relocate in a building he purchased in historic downtown Apex. The building required several updates to bring the services and building shell to current commercial codes. CHC carefully preserved the interior and exterior architectural features to support the old-world charm of North Salem Street.

The spacious office renovations include, finished hardwood tongue & groove ceiling, reconditioned original brick walls & store front window system, LED lighting, conference room, private office, kitchen and bathroom.
